Mulled Wine

Gløgg is one of the classic smells of the season and can be served
any time leading up to Christmas day. In Denmark, you will often find
it served at outdoor Christmas markets as well as at house parties and
cafés. It is a hyggeligt way to say skål with a friend over a warm drink!

Mulled Wine (Gløgg)

Serves 4 to 6
1 (750 ml) bottle fruity red wine
Rind of 1 orange
2 cinnamon sticks
1/2 cup raisins

5 whole cloves
3 star anise
1/4 cup honey
