A Swedish Playlist for Your Morning Commute

Sweden is one of the largest exporters of music in the world. Known for its relatively high number of songwriters and producers, you may be surprised by how many of your favorite songs have a Swedish origin. Needless to say, there are many great Swedish artists, too. From classics like ABBA to current pop artists such as Zara Larsson and Avicii, Sweden is well-represented across music genres.

Living in Stockholm, you will use the Tunnelbana and other forms of public transport to go places. Your commute may be a good time to check out some Swedish music – and maybe, your knowledge of local artists will even make for an easy conversation starter with the locals!

Avicii – Waiting for Love

Clean Bandit featuring Zara Larsson – Symphony

Veronica Maggio – Vi mot världen

Lune – Leave the World Behind

Håkan Hellström – Det kommer aldrig va över för mig
