Transportation: How to Get Started in the DSB App

Part 1: Find and Download the DSB app

1. Open the App Store or Google Play
2. Search ‘DSB’ and choose the DSB app (the logo has a red background)
3. Install the app

Part 2: Create a DSB Plus Profile

1. In the DSB app, select ‘Profile’ and ‘Create DSB Plus Profile’
2. Start by filling out your email address. It is very important to use the same email address you use for DIS Online Registration as it will be what identifies you to DSB as a DIS student, allowing you to invoice us for your DIS travels once your semester has started
3. DSB will send you a verification code, which you need to make an account. Once you have received the verification code, type it in and fill out the remaining information. If you do not receive a verification code promptly, check your junk and filtered mail first. If you still do not received your verification code, report the issue to studenthub@dis.dk and we will look into the issue further
4. You are now ready to use the app to purchase tickets. To learn how to purchase your Commuter Card or single tickets, refer to our tutorials: How to Purchase a Commuter Card and How to Purchase Single Tickets in the DSB app. Note that if you have set up the DSB app prior to the semester starting, your DIS account won’t be activated until your semester starts
